Complaint from James Zimmerman Newbury Park, CAalmost 12 years agoCarters has got to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I had them come out for something I thought was rats in the attic. They showed up late and set traps. Turns out I have a family of racoons in the attic. No rats. When they came back to get the traps they charged me $ 225 and never addressed my racoons. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I will not use them again
